ABOUT GREGG & JOE

Gregg : A force in golf instruction the 2014 PGA of Ottawa Teacher of the Year
 

Gregg is a well-respected teacher who is known for his ability to effectively work with students of all calibres. Having successfully contributed to some of the leading teaching programs in Ottawa, Gregg is excited to be able to work with his students throughout the winter at his new golf school. The school has its own Flightscope monitor, hitting stations, and of course - professional instruction from Gregg.

Born and raised in Kanata, at the age of 10, Gregg was introduced to the game of golf by his father at the Kanata Golf and Country Club. Gregg has held the course record at the Kanata Golf and Country Club since 1995 with a score of 64.

Gregg attended Alcorn Sate University on a full golf scholarship and holds one NCAA Division ll tournament win. Gregg is also a graduate of the Business Profesional Golf Management program from Humber College.

Joe : The art of engineering swings

Over the past 14 years, Joe has developed a solid reputation as one of the areas top instructors. He has a patient and creative style and works effectively with golfers of all kinds. Joe believes that knowledge is the essential key to steady improvement... knowing the correct areas to adjust and how to learn to do that in an organized and meaningful way.

Joe is very excited to be working along side Gregg. Not only are they friends but they are long-time fellow competitors. A dollar or two has changed hands...on that you can be sure! Now as business partners, Joe and Gregg find they share the same passion for teaching and together understand the benefits of in-door learning. Winter is a golf swing's blessing in disguise! Great things can be done with the proper guidance and an open mind.

Joe is a Georgian College graduate, with honours, from the Professional Golf Management program. He lives in Kanata with his wife Erin and their three children.
